Sujatha Nidudavolu (born December 1, 1958), known professionally as Jayasudha, is an Indian actress and politician who works predominantly in Telugu and Tamil cinema. She began her film career as a child actor in *Pandanti Kapuram* (1972) before transitioning to leading roles with *Arangetram* (1973), *Nomu* (1974), and the romantic drama *Apoorva Raagangal* (1975). Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, she established herself in mainstream commercial cinema, starring in features such as *Soggadu* (1975), the action film *Adavi Ramudu* (1977), *Idi Katha Kaadu* (1979), and the musical romantic drama *Premabhishekam* (1981). For her leading performances, she received seven Filmfare Awards South and eight Nandi Awards, including wins for *Jyothi* (1976), *Aame Katha* (1977), and *Meghasandesam* (1982).
